Each variety is fermented separately and cold-skin macerated for 18 hours

The aroma features citrus, stone, fruits such as apricot and peach, exotic spices, white flowers such as jamine and lemon blossom and a hint of rose petals. Silky palate, full body, pleasant with a slight point of sweetness on the tip of the tongue contributing to its volume in the mouth.
